PM-100
Super Clear Epoxy Flooring
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PolyMax 100 is comprised of a water white clear, moisture insensitive, multipurpose epoxy and various aggregates. Designed to be extremely versatile, it be used in troweled epoxy mortars, self-leveling and broadcast flooring systems. This specially formulated epoxy has very good chemical resistance, excellent abrasion and impact resistance and excellent color stability.
A variety of hardeners allows PM-100 to be installed under most environmental conditions. Fast cure hardeners return the floor to service in under 24 hours. Slower cure hardeners are used in high temperature applications. All hardeners are an easy to measure 2 to 1 mix ratio and each is suitable for priming, body coat and or as a finish coat.
TYPICAL USE
Universal PM-100 is designed to be used as a primer, a mortar, a broadcast binder and as a grout or top coat in heavy duty, industrial and commercial applications. It is also commonly used in food processing and preparation facilities. Being "water white clear", PM-100 is also ideal for decorative, architectural applications.
LIMITATIONS
Avoid on or below grade applications where water vapor transmission is greater than 8 lbs./1000 sq. ft. per 24 hrs. or where ambient operating temperatures exceed 150 F.
Apply at temperature above 40 F.
PACKAGING
To maintain our top quality and low price, PM-100 is normally packaged in 55 gallon drums. Smaller packaging is available at additional cost.
STORAGE
For best shelf life, store PM-100 in a dry area at temperatures between 50 F and 90 F. Protect product from freezing. Minimum shelf life is one year from date of manufacture.

COMPLIANCES
PM-100 is compliant with the State of California Air Resources Board approved architectural coatings volatile organic compound (VOC) rule, San Diego APCD Rule 67, New York City AQMD Rule 205 and the New Jersey VOC requirements.
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE

AVAILABILITY
PolyMax 100 products are available only through selected and approved applicators and distributors. This material is intended for commercial and industrial installations and should be installed by skilled, seamless flooring technicians. It is neither designed for nor available for consumer use.

LIMITED WARRANTY
PolyMax products are manufactured to meet the highest level of consistency and quality for their intended use. All products are warranted to meet the physical properties as listed above. Should any PolyMax products be proven to be defective within one year of the date of shipment, the products will be either replaced or at our discretion a credit for the full purchase price will be issued. The successful performance of seamless flooring is highly dependent upon many factors beyond our control. Therefore, except for such replacement or refund PolyMax MAKES NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF FITNESS, DESIGN COMPATIBILITY OR MERCHANTABILITY, RESPECTING ITS PRODUCTS. Other than that stated in the foregoing, PolyMax shall have no other responsibility or liability, including direct and/or indirect and/or consequential damages and/or damages from delay and/or damages to any third party with respect to the use of it's products. Claims regarding product quality must be received in writing within 30 days of discovery of defect.
