Mr. Edwards has almost four
decades of senior management and financial engineering experience in
commercial and investment banking, as well as numerous industrial
executive management positions. He has vast experience in mergers
and acquisitions, both as a principal and intermediary, in addition
to all types of financings and public offerings. He currently serves
as Chairman of CASS Holdings, LLC.

Mr. Frans has
over thirty years of management, financial and operational
experience with both public and privately-owned organizations. He
has specific expertise in mergers and acquisitions, public and
private capital formation, product licensing, information processing
and executive management in many industries, including industrial
composites, professional consulting, oil and gas exploration and
production, publishing, advertising and manufacturing. Doug is
President and Chief Operating Officer of all CASS entities.
